Travelex Money Card (UX & UI)

OVERVIEW

Due to bad signposting and disjointed MasterCard integration the online experience for prepaid cards was very poor resulting in customers frustration. While introducing a new prepaid card product, Travelex decided to refresh the online journey by improvement of signposting for card registration, login and card top up as the interim solution for card management portal.
