OVERVIEW
Developer Centre was created in order to gather and organise technical documentation in a way that makes it easy and accessible for engineers as well as potential partners to read find and read it, as well as being able to test our APIs.
Research
WORKSHOP WITH USERS - ENGINEERS AND DECISION MAKERS
To kick off the process, together with the Product Manager Phoebe we ran a workshop with our users, engineers and decision makers. During a 4 hour session we built our personas, identified the key stages in their user journey and conducted a story mapping based on the different tasks. At the end of that session we ran a Design Studio to help conceptualise the different parts of the user journey.
2. The Challenge
Following half a day workshop with the Engineers and Decision Makers, we set ourselves a timed challenge to design selected pages based on the findings we gathered earlier that morning. We spent about 3 hours after which we could present the original ideas to our users and elicit their feedback.
